Employers

Each year Rian J-1 sponsors up to 500 motivated and ambitious Irish University graduates on our visa program, and many employers benefit from this program by hosting these young Irish exchange visitors through internship placements. Having completed their studies at University, our Irish graduates are highly motivated and ready for the challenge of living and working in the United States for a year. An Irish intern will bring a fresh and international perspective to your organization.

Many organizations benefit from a short-term intern, particularly as host organizations do not have to provide interns with insurance or become a sponsor, since the interns will continue to be sponsored by us throughout their entire visa program. We place graduates in many sectors, including IT, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Architecture, Biomedical, Marketing, HR, Finance, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, and many more.

To find out more about taking on a graduate and becoming a host organization, please register your interest below and we’ll be in touch!

What are employers saying?

Rosen Group has had enormous success with Rian’s J-1 Program and its interns. They are bright, polished and have an incredible work ethic.Rosen Group PR, New York
Arbella has partnered with Rian to host J-1 interns for 10+ years, and I highly recommend the program. Each intern possesses a strong work ethic, is eager to learn, and contributes quality work and positive energy to our team. More than that, the interns become part of the Arbella family, taking the time to keep us updated on their career progress and visiting us when they travel back to the states. While we certainly provide these amazing young people with a solid foundation in their field of study, we gain invaluable insight into their culture and the diverse perspectives that it brings Carla Lynch, Talent Acquisition
